The Society’s AGM will be held on Friday 4th September 2009 at 07.30pm in the Bill Grant Room at the Rugby Club.
The agenda, 2008 minutes, draft constitution and accounts will be available on the Society’s website during the next week. Agenda, minutes and draft constitution have also been attached to this email for those able to access them.
If you have nominations for any of the Society’s committee posts (Chair; Secretary; Treasurer; Fixtures; Captain) please ensure you have both a proposer and seconder and that these details are sent to me by 31st August.
Also, if you have points to add to Any Other Business it would be helpful to have these submitted by the same date. Particular points might include suggested outings, additional social activities, thoughts about the 2010 Tour or ways we can support the rugby club with its development activities.
The Committee look forward to seeing you on the 4th. As in previous years, there will be a free pint awaiting you on arrival and at the end of the evening, fish and chips.
If you have any other queries please get in touch. Also, it would be helpful to know if you are coming along or offering your apologies.
