Decisions
Website – GS is looking at ways to delete the old HRCHGS website DB/GS
Geoff’s Pot – may be contested at Cranleigh or possibly a weekend DB
L2B Bike Ride – New Organiser needed. To be mentioned at AGM PS
Newsletter – Agreed to keep it in hard copy rather than emailed ALL
Discuss at Cranleigh the setting up of a system of Match Managers ALL
Match Managers duties list to be circulated for update at next meeting PS
The Society Subscription to remain at £40 for the 2008/2009 Season. CW
Annual Dinner – The date is now confirmed with the Caterers and BQ is
awaiting menus. BQ will be away on the 26th September so will arrange a
smooth handover. PS to remind Members of the date. BQ/PS
Treasurers Report
CW presented accounts up to date accounts and mentioned that while
the Internet banking facility was not yet being used extensively it was very
successful.
After Cranleigh, accounts would be drawn up for the AGM. CW
2008 Tour
DB was thanked for a very successful Tour ALL
Any Other Business
PH agreed to remain on the Committee to arrange Fixtures and collate the
tables. He will relinquish his Match Manager duties. PH
The Rugby Coaches have been asked to suggest how a donation from the
Society might be spent. PS
PH agreed to show Mr Woody at the AGM and ask for suggestions
as to what to do with it. PH
