September HRCHGS Committee Meeting – Monday 1^st September 2008

Decisions

• Old HRCHGS website needs to be deleted                                                   DB/GS
• Geoff’s Pot – to be raised at the AGM                                                            DB/PS
• L2B Bike Ride – new organiser to be sought at AGM                                    DB/PS
• Match Managers for next season – to be discussed at AGM                        DB/PS
• Annual Dinner – menus to be chosen and distributed asap                            DB/PS
• Match Managers Duties List – to be updated for AGM                                     PH
• Subscriptions – a reminder to be sent out asap                                             PS
• AGM – Paul will organise a raffle                                                                      PH

Treasurers Report

• The accounts have been finalised and yet to be audited
• The birdie reserve to be removed as a separate item in the
