Decisions
- DB and PH to visit Bank on 28th March to complete Society forms DB/PH
- BQ to establish Bike Ride numbers from GS so that his contact can quote
- for T-shirts BQ
- PS to coordinate photo opportunity re match balls (29th March) PS
- The Committee decided not to pursue interest in the Wooden Spoon Golf competition ALL
- DB to liaise with Andy Jones/Mark Gumbrill to arrange this years ‘Geoff’s Pot’
match with the Casuals. Suggested date is Friday 13th June DB
- CW to liaise with GS regarding the possibility of using Internet Banking
for member payments. CW
- Consideration to be given to an appropriate summer social events ALL
Treasurers Report
- CW reported that the finances are in good shape and he will look to use
some of the funds during the year to reduce the balance. It was agreed
that Captains Day would be an ideal opportunity to do this. CW
Tour
- The itinerary has been finalised and is on the website. 16 deposits have
been received with a possibility of another 6. DB
New Members
- Various initiatives to attract new members were discussed, including
advertising on the main club website. PS to raise this with BJ PS
Fixtures
- September venue still to be finalised. PH
Any Other Business
- Society information back to 2000 has been sent to GS for inclusion
on the website.
- At least three members experienced postal problems when they
received the latest Newsletter. PS to discuss with Moira. PS
- The next Newsletter should be distributed by 11th March. PS

- Wednesday 16th April at 8.00pm at BQ’s. ALL
